Graduated from Taichung Teachers College (now Taichung Education University), he has been an educational elite in Taichung City for more than ten years. He enthusiastically participated in promoting various sports activities, and served as a coach, vice president of individual provincial associations, and director general. He also won the National Special Outstanding Teacher Award twice in a row. He took the lead in entering the mainland market many years ago and pioneered in precision agriculture, chemical industry, information technology and TV shopping channels. Therefore, he was awarded the "Top 100 Outstanding Entrepreneurs from both sides of the Taiwan Strait" in 2011. Chairman Chen relied on his enthusiasm for work, interest and connections to get acquainted with a group of experts and PhDs in biotechnology at home and abroad.

The biotechnology R&D team of Hongrun Biotechnology specializes in three major fields: molecular biology, herbal pharmacological research and application, and microbial fermentation.
Team members also actively participate in academic seminars and training, and collaborate with National Cheng Kung University, National Chiayi University, Far Eastern University, and the Taiwan Biotechnology Industry Alliance to conduct close cooperation between industry, government, and academia to develop the most natural, safest, and highest-quality innovative products to improve consumer health and protect and realize the dream of happiness.
